DELIVERY POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are may be subject to delivery restrictions for some countries. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada. We reserve the right to cancel partially or completely an order if purchased items can not be shipped to a country other than Canada in compliance with the laws or restrictions of export from Canada. If applicable, you will be notified by email or telephone to authorize a partial shipment for authorized products or we will refund you according to the original method of payment.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed at the choice of a parcel service. Delivery time when using regular postal service with an envelope are to Canada 2-4 business days, to United States 4-6 business days and to other countries 4-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 à 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions by email using the order confirmation email or by writting in the appropriate section when you proceeed with your order. Please make sure you include your order number if you send separe email.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Shipping costs includes Sales tax.

If any Customs fees are charged by authorities, they will not be assumed by Pin-So and they will be the responsability and paid by the customer.

We review each order before shipping to reduce shipping cost when it is possible to use regular mail instead of a parcel. An email notification will be sent to you including the modified invoice for your order. Click to learn more.

If for any reason we need to increase to shipping costs for your order, we will contact you to get your approval or your order cancellation.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
