Product description
Izosol is a refined isoparrafin mineral spirit made from purified petroleum extracts that can be used for cleaning or as a general purpose solvent for commercial and artist's oil paints. Made from the cleanest type of mineral spirits available now, the multiple refining allow to eliminate almost all aromatic compound and/or chlorinated hydrocarbons that make up the toxic components of this solvent type. The result is an aromatic compounds content under 0.01% compared to as much as 25% for other "odorless" type mineral spirits . This is what makes Izosol a safer solvent alternative. Like any solvent, this product should be used in a well ventilated area and tested thoroughly before selecting it for definitive use.
