Direction of use:
1- Place the paper cutter on a level flat surface before attempting to cut.
2- Align the sheet of paper under the paper clamp, using the cutter's built-in upper and left-side rulers as a guide.
3- Secure the paper with one hand, and silde down the cutter blade to cut through the paper with the other hand. For best result on heavier paper cardstock, slide blade up and down a few times.
